Nikhil Patil has been in IT world for the last 20+ years with focused experience in the payments domain for the last 12+ years.
He is part of global organizations like Infosys Pvt Limited, Cummins Inc, and PayPal Inc., and currently, is the global product delivery lead at Visa Inc.
In his spare time, he also mentors starts ups and has a keen interest in payments innovation in the Asian region.
His day-to-day includes leading team in shaping strategies, executing initiatives that deliver immediate results and sustainable gains, and delivering high-performance products and services.
He is a big proponent of agile and has helped several teams achieve agile transformation for nimble product delivery.
